These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to any user of the bd29 platform. By accessing the website, registering an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using bd29's services.

bd29 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Accessing the website again or continuing to use the service after any changes will be taken to mean you have automatically accepted the new Terms. It is therefore recommended that you check this page regularly.
1.3 Language and Interpretation
These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version is final and binding. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the interpretation of bd29 will apply.
Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account on bd29, users must be at least 21 years of age. This service is available only to those aged 21 or above. Proof of identity may be requested at any time for age verification purposes.
Important: Providing false information about your age or identity will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each person may hold only one account on bd29. Having multiple accounts under the same person is prohibited, and in such cases all accounts will be cancelled. Using another person's account or transferring an account is also strictly prohibited.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. If any information changes, bd29's support team must be notified immediately. bd29 reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account if false information is provided.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
3.1 Approved Payment Methods
bd29 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). Only use payment accounts registered in your own name.
3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 per method.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. bd29 may request a national ID or other documents as needed. Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds obtained from bonuses.
3.4 Transaction Liability
bd29 is not responsible for transactions sent with incorrect information. If you experience a transaction issue, contact the support team immediately.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
A 100% bonus applies on the first deposit at bd29 — up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳32,000 or more gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, for a total of ৳47,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 10x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus funds, not on the deposited amount. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
Please note: Attempting to withdraw without meeting the bonus requirements may result in the bonus being cancelled.
4.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions
- Each bonus offer must be used within a specified time limit.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
- bd29 retains discretionary rights over the withdrawal of winnings earned from bonuses.
- If abuse or manipulation is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled.
VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards
5.1 VIP Tiers
bd29 offers four VIP tiers. Each tier comes with weekly cashback and special benefits:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
5.2 Tier Advancement
You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular play and active participation. VIP benefits may change at any time at bd29's discretion.
5.3 Cashback Conditions
Weekly cashback is calculated based on losses incurred within a specified period. Cashback funds are also treated as a bonus and conditions must be met before withdrawal.
Prohibited Activities
6.1 General Prohibitions
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd29 platform:
- Fraud, deception, or operating an account through dishonest means.
- Abuse or manipulation of the bonus system.
- Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Creating multiple accounts.
- Harassing other users or engaging in harmful behaviour.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
- Using bots or automated software.
6.2 Consequences of Violations
In the event of a breach of any of the above terms, bd29 may suspend or close an account without prior notice, forfeit balances, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Gaming Rules
7.1 Fair Play Guarantee
bd29 believes in fair play. All game outcomes are determined by an automated random number generator (RNG). There is no way to interfere with the outcome of any game.
7.2 Technical Issues
If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, bd29 may decide to refund the bet for that game or resolve it in another way. bd29 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues.
7.3 Dispute Resolution
If there is a dispute regarding a game result or transaction, a complaint must be submitted to the bd29 support team within 30 days. The decision of bd29 is final.
Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Availability
bd29 strives to provide uninterrupted service, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. bd29 is not obliged to provide any compensation for such interruptions.
8.2 Third-Party Services
bd29 is not directly liable for any issues arising through third-party services, including payment gateways or game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft).
8.3 Personal Decision Liability
Betting and gaming decisions are entirely the user's own. Participation in gambling carries financial risk and bd29 does not guarantee any winnings.
Account Closure & Suspension
9.1 Closure at User's Request
You may request the closure of your account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before submitting the request. Any bonus with incomplete requirements will be cancelled at the time of account closure.
9.2 Suspension by bd29
bd29 may suspend or close an account at any time due to a breach of terms, suspected fraud, or security-related reasons. Balances may be temporarily held during a legitimate investigation.
9.3 Inactive Accounts
An account may be declared inactive if there has been no transaction or login for an extended period. In such cases, please contact the support team for details regarding your balance.
